Sigalit Ur, a doctoral candidate at the School of Jewish Studies, Tel Aviv University, and a graduate of the Hartman Institute - program for educators. Sigalit is a lecturer, facilitator and counselor and writes programs in the areas of Judaism (from a pluralistic perspective) and carrying out joint Jewish-Arab projects.

Ahmed Sanallah, Co-director, Galilee Circus, has a BA in Hebrew from the University of Haifa and a BA in Social Science from Bar Ilan University.   He has taught Hebrew at Bi'ine High School since 1985 and was Deputy Director for Youth in Deir al-Asad from 2002-2007.   He joined the Circus in 2003 because he loved the idea behind the project, that through circus changes could be made in Israeli society to bring about respect for the other and coexistence.

Michal Halel Abulafia, Co-director, Galilee Circus, is a circus performer and a medical clown. For ten years from the age of ten she danced ballet professionally and studied at circomedia, England. In addition she studied the School of physical theater in Israel and has a BA in dance and education. Michal has appeared in performances with many theaters around Israel and worldwide. She has taught circus in a variety of settings at the Jerusalem Jewish-Arab circus in Jerusalem, and now the Galilee Circus. For the past four years Michal has been a medical clown at Nahariya Hospital and is building, together with Aref Moleh, the 'Farm of Peace howdoyado' at Yarka: a center for environmental education and creation in circus arts. Aliza Haviv, Office Manager, is a graduate of Oranim, the teacher training school of the kibbuitz movement, with a BA in education.  After serving for many years as an educator and teacher of science and environmental studies, Aliza is now responsible for office management and logistical support for our projects.

Michael Levitt, Resource Development Officer, has a BSc in chemistry but, prior to making aliya in 2012, built up a decade of experience in NGO regulation in the UK.   Whilst improving his Hebrew, he has much to do in English: grant writing and reporting, donor relations, customer database and editing the website, newsletters and other English communications.
