Educational programs for diaspora youth

Our team is experienced in working with groups of young Diaspora Jews, who come to us for seminars of varying duration - half an hour to a few months. Every year dozens of groups from abroad participate in meetings with our Young Leaders, and participants learn about the Arabs in Israel; experience simulation games and various activities on Jewish-ethical issues; take part in tours combining Jewish history with study of texts related to the place; and get to grips with various issues that concern the society.

We accompany groups staying in the Galilee for a few months, and build them educational programs which include tours, meetings and seminars. In recent years we have worked with groups of youth movements including Habonim Dror, Noam, Netzer, Young Judaea and more. We also host many groups of Birthright participants, and participants in the Diller Fellowship program.

Experiences from last summer

From the blog of a participant in the joint Diller group of Karmiel-Misgav-Pittsburgh:

''After lunch we drove to Nahef and learned Arab history before getting to have conversations with Arab youth. All of the teenagers were extremely nice and I was able to have very interesting conversations about many different topics. I learned a lot about a topic I wasn't very knowledgeable about before and loved meeting the other teens.''
